I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them. These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❀️

My donuts 🍩 were absolutely AMAZING! I went in planning to grab a half dozen and stick to my usual favorites; glazed and chocolate. I ordered exactly that… but then the owner handed me a donut with this reddish/pink icing. I took one bite and was in HEAVEN! 🀀 She told me it was raspberry… and WHEN I TELL YOU I immediately changed my whole donut selection!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Donuts were so fluffy, and melt in your mouth delicious. And my debit card worked (insider 😌), so it was a perfect visit all around! Absolutely delicious β€” I will definitely be back. The only downside is they close at 3. Great customer service and such a fun sense of humor. Highly recommend! πŸ™Œ

The donuts here are great and the people that run it are absolutely wonderful!! Warm and kind! However, this is the third time that i've attempted to go during posted business hours and they've been closed. I don't know what's going on, but I guess I gotta give up for a while until normal business hours are actually in place. I hope everyone is ok, looking forward to y'all coming back soon!

We had these for the first time today, and they exceeded the hype. Best old fashioned I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. The fritter was also delicious, and the donuts themselves are as good as you’ll find anywhere. Also, they were so friendly and kind and gave our little guy some donut holes on the house! Race here, it’s important to support business like this gem.

Not only are the donuts beyond this world, I mean it. That expression of slap your mama is how Fantastic these donuts are. So fluffy, airy, and flavorful these donuts will have you coming back. I would advise to call to make sure they have donuts available as they do run out quick. Thank you Jesus we got lucky when they started rebaking fresh donuts. Definitely do yourself a favor and get the Dozen with the variety of flavors available. Honestly everything is epic from the Fritter to chocolate cake bites. You can’t go wrong here. Lastly, the owners are so personable they alone will have you coming back for the warm inviting conversation.
